As I hear the continuing news regarding the horrific killings last evening in Dallas, Texas, I keep hearing about ‘black lives matter’ demonstrators. The real truth is that all souls matter! Earlier Thursday evening I was watching on the Internet the Louisiana UPCI annual camp meeting. Pastor Anthony Mangun preached a soul-stirring message, “Jesus is coming!” I was praying in the Spirit as I watched the service.
Nationwide we are not hearing often about Jesus returning in the clouds at any moment for His Bride who has been born again of water and Spirit (Acts 2:38) and living holy lives. Our deep concern must be that our world needs a Savior! All souls matter!
God came from heaven in the flesh as a supreme sacrifice for the sins of all human beings that are created in His image and after His likeness. We believers must be stirred in our hearts. We need to start a spiritual movement across our nation that all souls matter! Our nation and the world need life changing salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Satan is the god of this evil world. It is the evil in the hearts of people who do evil things. (The choice of weapon is not the cause. It’s the evil/hate in the hearts of evil people). We believers must be the light in the world. We must speak God’s truth and do it in love. We must live holy as He is holy. We are known by our fruits. We all have a sphere of influence around us with family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc. The world will know us by our love one for another.

All churches that believe in the Holy Ghost must come together and support each other in spreading the good news of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. All souls matter nationwide! Why don’t we start having rallies with the theme all souls matter? Is there a pastor willing to use his/her platform and connections with other pastors to promote an all souls matter movement?
Jesus is coming soon! The focus of each of our lives must be our loving concern toward the lost in our cities and nation. The Book of Acts shows us that the apostles were out in their communities preaching Jesus. We must get out of our churches and into the community where the lost souls function and show them God’s love. We can ask the questions? “Do you believe in God? Have you received the Holy Ghost since you believed?” Do as Paul did – share your personal salvation experience.
My focus in teaching, nationwide counseling and writing is sharing God’s truth. I share that Jesus is coming for a church that is pure in His sight. We all need a life changing salvation experience as on the Day of Pentecost (Acts 1 & 2). After salvation, we must live our life with godly integrity. We are an open book read of all men. Our lives are a witness for God. Can we say, “Follow me as I follow Christ?” All souls matter to God! What are we doing to share the good news of salvation?
I pray God’s loving comfort flow to the families and friends of all who have been killed this week. I pray God will do whatever it takes to touch the hearts of our nationwide government leaders and touch the heart of our nation to turn back to God. All souls matter to God!
