Today I’m celebrating the end of my 68th year of life. (My father would tease me if he were here – “Daughter, you are entering your 69th year of life.” – Fond memory).
The above scripture from God said IN EVERYTHING GIVE THANKS! This did not say be thankful for everything!
I’ve been blessed to have God in my heart since I was nine years old through the baptism of the Holy Ghost. Our life has been full of twists and turns, mountains and valleys that we never dreamed we would travel. We found through it all GOD was in every experience. My hubby, Rev. Harold Clemans, and I are in our 44th year of marriage.
His Word says – “I will bless the Lord at all times and His praise shall continually be in my mouth.” It’s easy to bless the Lord in the good times. It’s a sacrifice of praise to bless the Lord in the hard times. God did not promise us ‘ice cream and roses’ all through life. He said we shall have ‘tribulation’ – troubles, but we are to be cheerful because He endured the cross for our salvation!
God showed me in a special event in this past week that He cares deeply about our every concern. I prayed a simple silent prayer in my heart – the next second it was answered in a profound way by someone who did not know my prayer, but was moved by God to speak the answer – Praise God!!
God is in every detail of our lives. He promised He would never leave us or forsake us. He sees every tear and collects them in a bottle – the bottle for my tears must be huge! Psalm 56:8 (NKJV) 8 “You number my wanderings; Put my tears into Your bottle; Are they not in Your book?”
God says to us, “Trust me!” The ‘heartbeat’ of my life is the ministry that God has given me through teaching, counseling and writing about His Word! God’s truth is our healer and deliverer.
For over 50 years, I’ve been teaching from the anointed Word of God. I’ve been a certified pastoral counselor for 22 years providing confidential counseling locally and nationwide by phone (636) 448-0121 for 10 years.
I love teaching the Word for churches and conferences – marriage seminars, sexual purity seminars, healing for damaged emotions seminars, etc. Love teaching and counseling to help all of us grow spiritually, emotionally and relationally.
The letters written to the church in the New Testament are for our instruction and edification on how we ought to behave ourselves. God’s truth is our guide to salvation, growing and healing spiritually and emotionally.
I counsel pastors and lay people. Now, 98% of my confidential God-based counseling is by phone/Skype. I’m so thankful to God for unfolding my ministry to be touching people with His truth nationwide.
Many people are sitting on our church pews with salvation, but Satan has robbed their joy because of emotional pain from their past or current life. Emotional pain affects every area of life. God’s truth shall make us free. Through teaching and counseling God’s Word, people can change the way they think about the facts of their lives. We can be transformed by renewing our minds with God’s truth.
As this is the first day of my 69th year, I give God all the praise, glory and honor for what He has enabled me to do! I will not retire. As long as God allows me to think and speak with His wisdom and understanding, I will continue in ministry.
I’m praising God today for what He has planned for our future in 2014 and beyond! I’m looking for His appearing daily!!!!! COME, LORD JESUS!
