Sex is a gift from God to be enjoyed by husband and wife. As a church we must address the healthy sexuality that God designed. We also must address the sexual sins of fornication, adultery, sexual addictions (including pornography) and homosexuality, etc.
The reason I decided to teach a seminar and produce a DVD on this subject is because I’ve been counseling these issues for 21 years. The church is a place for restoration and reconciliation with God and others. I have people calling me nationwide seeking help with addiction to pornography and how to deal with homosexual tendencies. (I provide nationwide phone/Skype counseling).
We must not shun these subjects because they do exist among us. One sexual sin is not a lesser or greater sin than all the rest. It is the church’s duty to become ‘healing helpers.’ The person addicted to porn may also be a sexual abuse victim. The person fighting homosexual tendencies can feel emotionally empty because of unhealthy bonding as a child. He/she seeks same sex relationships for all the wrong reasons not understanding that God desires to ‘re-parent’ them.

God’s desire is to save us and heal our brokenness. My heartbeat is teaching from God’s Word for spiritual, emotional and relational growth for churches and conferences.
