GOD’S WISDOM FOR ENCOURAGEMENT!
Psalm 139:13-16 (NLT)
13 You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body
and knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex!
Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.
15 You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion,
as I was woven together in the dark of the womb.
16 You saw me before I was born.
Every day of my life was recorded in your book.
Every moment was laid out
before a single day had passed.
My commentary:
When we are able to grasp this as GOD’s truth regarding our life, nothing that happens in our life will give us fear. HE does not give us fear, but power, love and a sound mind! We are designed by GOD. HE knew us in our mother’s womb.
HE knows our end from our beginning. Our life and times are in HIS hands. Even the horrible things we may experience in life, GOD knows about them and knows how HE is going to redeem our pain for HIS glory!
Trusting in GOD happens one day at a time. We do not know our tomorrows, but GOD does!!! HE promised to never leave us or forsake us! We are partakers of HIS divine nature through the indwelling of HIS SPIRIT in our hearts!
By HIS SPIRIT we have divine peace that will give us strength for each new day in HIM!
