PROVERBS 18:22

And those who love it will eat its fruit.”

If we sow (speak) toxic words, they will create death spiritually, emotionally and relationally with self, God, and others.
Words are powerful. Words impact deep into the heart, soul, and mind.
If we sow (speak) positive words, they will build and bless relationships with self, God, and others.
Yes, you have a relationship with self! Either you have positive self-talk or negative self-talk. Either you love self with God’s unconditional love or you dislike self by comparing self to others that is foolish in the sight of God.
It’s proven by science that negative thoughts and words damage the physical brain. It’s proven by science that positive thoughts and words cause the brain to ‘light up’ and builds new connectors in the brain.
The brain controls the body!! Your spoken words do affect your spiritual, physical, and emotional health! As a man thinks in his heart so is he!
“Be careful little tongue what you say! For the Father up above is looking down in love, so be careful little tongue what you say!” (Child’s song).
Psalm 139 tells us that God knows our thoughts even before we think them!! My prayer is: “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.”
